Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows assigning merchant e-mails to customers. Merchant receives all notifications about orders placed by customer.
We start from installing an extension:

Each merchant has an e-mail address which will receive all notifications. Nickname, firstname and lastname only allow easier identification of merchant.
Note that merchants DO NOT have access to store Admin panel - their role is receivitng notifications about their customers.
When editing customer configuration, it is possible to assign a merchant from the list to him. Each customer can have multiple merchants, and merchant can be assigned to multiple customers.
Merchants receive notifications about new orders placed by customers, and changes of statuses of existing orders.
