CS-Cart Product Review Request: This magnificent extension allows users to send reminders to customers in form of an invitation to make a review of the items purchased after a period based on the order status selected. The Admin can send the review reminder mail to the customer and accordingly they can add the product review.

The customer will receive the mail on their registered mail Id and attach the review on that product. RMA status configured for return and replace the purchased product. The Admin can configure review request mail text in the template field.

Overall CS-Cart product review request extension gives the facility to the Admin to send reminder emails for processed orders and customers will check the mail and complete the process of reviewing.

Note- To fully function this app RMA request addon is also needed to be installed.

Why do we need a CS-Cart Product Review Request?​

In an online store, product review is the most important part of sales strategy if any plugin provides the feature to Admin to send a review request mail to their users for the orders. It gives the added benefit to the sales funnel.

The Admin can check the review request report keep a track of it and resend the mail from the request page. Admin can also share review request mail from the order view page.

Product Review Request​

To configure the product review request with the CS-Cart store.

• The Admin can share the mail from order history.
• Mail can be resent from the review request page for any particular customer or order.
• Users will receive the mail for review on their order.

Request Mail Settings​

All mail settings can be done via the backend.

• Firstly Put the time interval after which the review request is generated.
• Select the status of the order. Set the review request mail text in the template field.
• Mail format type based on order or products of that specific order.
• Set test mail id to check the layout of mail(if required).

Return and Replace​

To set return and replace settings in the store Admin needs to configure RMA to their store.

• Return and replace requests can be executed.
• Return and replace email can be shared by the Admin.
• The time frame of the mail will be set by the Admin.
