FEATURES

• sticky or don't sticky staff bar to the top of your forum (sticky staff bar is not affecting mobile view + works with [cXF] Top Navigation if sticky top navigation option is enabled)
• add options menu icon with links to options in Admin control panel only for admins with permission to view options (you must log in to Admin control panel first!)
