The Soft Solid Integration with Baselinker - ss_baselinker extension makes it possible to integrate your store with the Baselinker system with ease, enables the seamless information exchange about orders, products, and any other data exchange. This module is compatible with services for shipping and logistic purposes: InPost, ShipX, and Elektroniczny Nadawca Poczta Polska.
Key Features and Workflow:
Installation:
Install the ss_baselinker extension. After the installation, a setup of connection is needed in order to integrate CS-Cart with Baselinker.
Establishment of the Connection:
Baselinker Settings:
Log in to the Baselinker system.
In the "Shops" section, click on the CS-Cart icon to start a new integration.
In the add-on settings of CS-Cart, fill in the box with the communication password obtained from the Baselinker configuration.
Copy the link to the connection which was provided by Baselinker, and insert it in the field of the add-on configuration in CS-Cart: Data exchange file.
Add-on Configuration:
After establishing a connection, proceed with the configuration of the add-on in CS-Cart. The setup contains several tabs where you can configure the integration:
General Tab: Basic data for connecting the store with Baselinker.
Profile Fields: Sets the ID of profile fields that may be used for customer data sync between CS-Cart and Baselinker.
Product Sync: The settings in this section concern the configuration of the product data synchronization from Baselinker with your store.
Product Codes: Identify product codes that will be used to perform the syncing of products.
Order Exchange Settings: Set up the parameters for the exchange of order data between CS-Cart and Baselinker.
Logs Tab: Choose which actions should be logged in order to trace the data exchange between these two systems.
API tab: Fill in your API key that will help with the integration using other systems. The key may be obtained via Basellinker support.
Test Tab: Test the functionality of the integration to make sure everything works as it should.
Logs for Data Exchange:
All data exchange activities between CS-Cart and Baselinker are logged. You can review logs on data exchange that you have already performed or are performing right in the Admin panel, which can be very useful in case you want to find out why this or that thing happens during the data import and export.
Multi-Vendor and Multi-Store:
This extension is compatible with CS-Cart Ultimate for Multiple storefronts and CS-Cart Multi-Vendor. It means that each separate vendor or storefront can have its own Baselinker account for different attachments to disparate parts of your business.
Compatibility with Shipping Providers:

Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows integration with Baselinker system. Add-on fully integrates CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor ensuring data exchange about orders and products. Add-on is also compatible with InPost / ShipX integration and Elektroniczny Nadawca Poczta Polska.
We start from installing an extension:
Next step is to create a connection between CS-Cart and Baselinker. We log into Baselinker system and add a new integration:
In the first window, we selected the CS-Cart icon from "Shops" section:
Here we set access data in Baselinker system. Key has to be obtained from field "Communication password" in Baselinker configuration and typed in the same field in add-on configuration. After saving, we have to copy connection link (red) and paste it into field "Data exchange file" field:

Next we go to add-on configuration. In tab "General" we type basic data to connect store with Baselinker:
In tab "Profile fields" we type ID of certain profile fields, used to sync customer data with Baselinker.
The next two tabs define information about syncing products between Baselinker and store:
The fifth tab configures the product codes used to sync products.
In next tabs we define parameters of orders exchange from CS-Cart to Baselinker, and vice versa:
The "Logs" tab allows to define actions which should be stores in add-on logs:
The API tab allows typing a special API key (obtainable after contacting Baselinker support) to integrate the store with other systems.
The last tab allows testing functions of the add-on, to check if it works correctly.
Data exchange operations between Baselinker and CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor are stored in logs and can be browsed from Admin panel:
Add-on is compatible with multiple storefronts (CS-Cart Ultimate) and multiple vendors (Multi-Vendor). Each vendor/storefront can communicate with different assigned Baselinker account.
