Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows you to set up availabilities in products. You can define any availability statuses and show them on product card. Statuses can also change automatically, depending on inventory.
We start from add-on installation:
In add-on configuration we can determine where product availability should be displayed, and in what way.
In menu "Products" there is a new product tab allowing to define product availability statuses.
When adding status, we can determine its name and appearance on product card, and also inventory required to display status.
During product edition in tab Add-ons, we can set status for product. List of statuses is unavailable if checkbox "Auto-display statuses..." is checked.
Selected availability is visible on product card.

- During product editing in the Add-ons tab, you can manually select an availability status for each product.
- If you enable the "Auto-display statuses based on inventory" checkbox, the system will automatically update the availability status based on the product's stock level. This eliminates the need for manual updates when inventory changes.
- Visibility on Product Card:
- The selected availability status will be shown directly on the product card on the frontend. Customers will be able to see if a product is "In Stock," "Out of Stock," or any custom status you've set, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Example Scenario:
- If you create a status called "Limited Stock" that is linked to products with fewer than 5 items, any product that falls below this threshold will automatically display "Limited Stock" on the product card. This can create a sense of urgency for customers to purchase before the product runs out.
