Yes, users will receive the delivery confirmation over the email by automatic system. This feature sent automatically generated an email to the customer on behalf of the order ID.
Shall individual mail will be sent to each particular customer separately?
Yes, it is possible to manually submit and resend delivery confirmation requests to a single consumer.
Shall I get the pre-written emails based on orders?
Yes, automatically generated templates are present in these modules. Pre-written emails are the templates of emails. Users do not need to write the email separately. This can be useful as the text of the email.
Is only the admin can send the delivery confirmation request to the customer?
No, the ability to resend request emails is available to both site administrators and vendors. Similarly, the facility to send emails to customers separately is also available for vendors too. Above all, a separate tab is also there for both admin and vendor to view the confirmation request log.
